| My birthday in China. A birthday cake was delivered to my room by the hotel management. I guess they check their guest’s passports for the info. I don't like cake, so I invited Bob and one of the Chinese animators over to wolf it down. They put thirty-five candles on the thing, so when Jian lit them, they just about melted half the cake. If I had been home, my wife and daughter and I would have probably played a game of Scrabble. |
